Shipping Info

****When placing your order, please make sure all shipping and contact (phone and email) info is accurate to avoid any shipping delays with your orders and shipping email for updates and tracking info

1.) Order Confirm Immediately after your order is placed, an Order Confirmation email with a summary of your order as well as your shipping and billing details will be sent to you.

 

2.) Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, your items will be prepared for shipping. You can check its estimated shipping time on the item details page. While we work hard to ensure your order is prepared for shipping as quickly as possible, some items may have longer processing time due to low product availability. In such circumstances, you will be notified by email of the delay. Processing time is 5-7 days

3.) Shipping

For orders over US$100, you can enjoy free Standard Shipping. Please note that Express Shipping requires a street address in English and a contact number as delivery cannot be made to P.O. Box addresses.

Due to Covid-19 delays and longer customs clearance times may occur, e.g. due to more stringent security checks, please be advised that Standard Shipping time may be affected.

-If you need to modify the order, it may result in the order amount not meeting the previous shipping standards / coupons usage conditions, which may result in a reduction in the refund amount.

 

-Before modifying the order, the customer service will send you a confirmation message, and we will process the order after receiving your confirmation, so please reply as soon as possible.

4.) Delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with details about the items in the package as well as a tracking number and a link to the shipping company website. To track your package, simply click onto the link provided. You can also track the status of your shipment on your HV GLOBAL user account. 

Please note that sometimes it takes the shipping company some time to update the status of the shipment and your tracking link may not work immediately. In the event of any unsuccessful delivery, you will also be notified by e-mail.

If you don't receive your order, please contact us within 30 days after dispatch of the order.


Customer responsibility: Input wrong address, wrong email, etc. The shipping fee and insurance fee is non-refundable.
